Once-a-year Quarterly Small business Networking Luncheon | News, Athletics, Jobs

BELPRE – The Belpre Spot Chamber of Commerce held its Quarterly Business Networking Luncheon on Aug. 19 at Belpre Church of Christ Corridor sponsored by Rockland Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Middle.
Fifty-six people today attended from nearby organization, non-profits, government and civic groups.
Matt King, regional liaison from foundations health Methods, represented Rockland Ridge and discussed the mission of the facility to serve the care requirements of residents. King expressed appreciation to the group for the warm welcome the staff has gained through the planning, development and opening of the heart.
Nancy Miller, president of the chamber Board of Directors, of Miller Prosthetics and Orthotics, reviewed upcoming gatherings which include a networking breakfast 8:30 a.m. Sept. 1 at the Belpre Senior Centre, a virtual seminar with Southeast Ohio Economic Growth to deliver details to companies and the yearly supper established for Oct. 21.

Executive Director Karen Waller thanked these who donated door prize. Lunch was provided by the Adore in Motion group at Belpre Church of Christ, which will use proceeds of the luncheon for a feeding method delivering meals on weekends to college students at Belpre Elementary College.
