Ukrainian extradited to US for allegedly marketing personal computer qualifications: DOJ

The Section of Justice (DOJ) declared Wednesday that a Ukrainian hacker was extradited to the U.S. for allegedly selling computer passwords on the dark website.

Glib Oleksandr Ivanov-Tolpintsev, 28, was extradited to the U.S. for expenses associated to “conspiracy, trafficking in unauthorized obtain devices, and trafficking in computer system passwords,” the DOJ said, in accordance to a launch.

Ivanov-Tolpintsev was offered before U.S. Magistrate Decide Julie Sneed on Tuesday.

Ivanov-Tolpintsev was initially taken into custody past calendar year by authorities in Korczowa, Poland, before his extradition.
